At least 11 people have been killed by a blast in the centre of the Lebanese city of Tripoli, the military says.Security officials said a bomb went off close to a bus whose passengers included a number of off-duty soldiers.

At least 14 people were killed Tuesday in the roadside bombing of a Pakistani military truck, an attack authorities blamed on Islamic militants.
